“From the top down it’s messed up, I mean, what other profession do you need to have a masters degree and 2 years experience to start out at 12,000 a year.”
Today we are joined by Nate Harvey of EliteFTS.com to talk about training. Nate starts out by sharing with us how he got into training at a young age, and how EliteFTS had an impact on him as an athlete, and how his voyage as a coach has led him to working for EliteFTS. We then discuss the learning experiences he has had as a coach and the importance of asking questions in all of it. This leads him into what he has been contributing, education wise, and why he’s putting things out in the modes he is. We finish off discussing different “issues” that Nate sees in the industry and how we can maybe move forward in a more positive way.
We are hoping to provide the best possible content for strength coaches with each of our shows. If feel this could provide value for anyone else in the strength and conditioning field please feel free to share.
