As we enter the “grind so hard” season, known as college basketball, we need to take a step back and make sure that there other things we take care of on top of our student athletes. Making sure we take time for ourselves to “recover” and time with our support units (family, friends, ect.) so that those are take care of as well, is today’s topic in My Thoughts Monday.
