“Numbers can be very important and can help us find better ways to do things, to be more efficient, and to have better goals to reach for. They can help us decide what we actually need to be training for and why it’s important.”

In this weeks My Thoughts Monday I share my opinion of topic that has been in the news of late, and that is using a device to predict and eliminate injuries. Preventing injuries and predicting outcomes to competition are things that have been a sexy topic of late, but may be unattainable with the human impact on games. We as a vocation need to be careful with where we attach ourselves and how we address these ideas because when things go south we may be setting ourselves up for our demise.
We are hoping to provide the best possible content for strength coaches with each of our shows. If feel this could provide value for anyone else in the strength and conditioning field please feel free to share.
