This week, I share my thoughts on the whole Chelsea not lifting weights because they don’t have weights on them when they play. I think we, as coaches, are missing the forest though the trees when we start to have arguments on this and need to focus less on what these great athletes are doing now, and more on what they were doing to become what they are today.
