In this edition of My Thoughts Monday I have a bit of a rant about the “mess the field of strength and conditioning is in.” There seems to be some discrepancy as to problems different people are seeing with what we do. I have (oddly) a view of it being more half full glass more than half empty and share why I feel that and ask how we can continue to improve.
