Today we are joined by Chidi Enyia to discuss training that transfers to game speed. After a quick intro Chidi jumps right into acceleration, both linear and lateral, including the similarities that he sees in both. He then shares with us some simple ways that performance coaches can prescribe better to improve acceleration with their athletes.
