I’m joined by Newtown Jet’s strength and conditioning coach Graeme Morris for today’s episode of The Podcast to discuss all things training and how he handles his rugby league athletes. He then shares with us what he has seen in relation of transfer of training with his athlete’s from the gym to the pitch. This leads him right into breaking down his 8 week preseason and how and why he’s progressing and separating his athletes. We close out talking about some of the Bosh methods he’s using, who he’s learning from, and what he’s seeing with his athlete’s from implementing them.
