In this weeks edition of The Podcast we are joined by West Virginia University’s Dr. Guy Hornsby. After a brief introduction Dr. Hornsby he gets right into the sport science and monitoring program that they are building out there. They have a unique relationship with athletics where they are working with an array of teams on campus on different projects. He then shares with us ways and ideas for people looking to start monitoring their athletes, and some overlooked aspects that we should be looking at with training. We finish off discussing the graduate program that he over sees at WVU and how this mentoring project has evolved.
