Today I share with you guys some discussions that we have had in our office about making sure we are prepared for curveballs being thrown and coming out on top. The three examples that I discuss are:

Failure
Safety/Weather
Resources

I give specific examples of how we are looking at how we are preparing ourselves incase we need to move to “Plan B”, and how we are hoping this can help move things forward in the same direction we were hoping to move with our Pefect/Dream Plans as “Plan A.”
