“Social media is good and it’s bad. I think that a lot of people look at a lot of things that are put out on social media and then they’ll see a video and they’ll say “oh well that’s all that coach whatever his name or her name is does. He or she just has them do, you know, that one minute video I saw on instagram and that’s everything, or they don’t understand how they got there or they don’t understand where they’re going.”

In this weeks My Thoughts Monday I discuss some thoughts on internship programs, why ours needed a renovation (spoiler alert it’s because I sucked at running it), how we are looking to improve it, and ways we are hoping to use it to help educate our interns better and share better information to coaches about what we are doing here to, hopefully, drive better discussions.
We are hoping to provide the best possible content for strength coaches with each of our shows. If feel this could provide value for anyone else in the strength and conditioning field please feel free to share.
