A product of upstate New York, who grew up around sports, but due to injuries fell in love with the weight room.
1) Describe a learning situation that brought about an epiphany in your career
What is sport science and what is its role truly is in strength and conditioning.
A disconnect to the dose/response of training with his athletes bringing him to look at overall stress.
2) If you could ask one question and you know you would get the answer what would that be and why?
“How do my athlete’s lives end out?”
“Is there an event that changes the world?”
3) What’s your escape?
I’m a big family guy, spending time with them and my girl friend.
