1) Describe a learning situation that brought about an epiphany in your career

The biggest thing has been, when you really view any of the work done by athletes, you realize you maybe don’t need to quite as much as you do in the weight room.

2) If you could ask one questions and you know you would get the answer what would that be and why?  

“What is the perfect holistic program that takes into account all factors?”

3) What’s your escape?

I actually prefer anything quiet, like being outside by a lake, or listening to nature.
