Watching people let go, and how disposable we are, we need to have a back up plan.
Three years ago in Thailand, getting rag dolled by a 70 Kg guy, strength isn’t everything.

“What should be my next plan going ahead?”
3) What’s your escape?
I like training and going to the fight gym, and I really like learning and reading something new.
