In this weeks My Thoughts Monday I share one of the major changes we have made in order to, in our opinion, provide better for the guys not only during the season, but to better set them up to do better in our season long developmental plan. This includes our three progressions for our “primary” lower body exercises and what’s driving our programming for our upper body training with the team. Would love some input and feedback on this set up and the overall idea behind it.
