As we enter this transition period of the year, being where many basketball teams are somewhere between the post season and off season, we need to make sure that we look at how we are handling the athletes we get to work with. The “Grind” as so many like to call it can be a good thing, the idea of wanting to work more and put in the effort can be a good thing, BUT if we just blindly work, and keep going and going and “GRINDING” are we actually pushing people in a proper direction and moving them forward, or are we just “GRINDING” their knees. Today I share my thoughts on this and where I feel like we can help them “GRIND” smarter, while still doing the work they want to.
