Today I have the pleasure of discussing training with the Buffalo Bills Assistant Strength Coach Will Greenberg. After a quick review of his background Will gets into what he has taken from his three unique mentors and how that has impacted him as a professional, not just in training, but managerially with players as well. This leads us into how each of his stops, and different sports, has impacted his work with The Bills. We then discuss how they handle their players in the off season, including how they “sell” what they do and what “standards” they have when they return. We finish off discussing the idea of how structure governs function, both with the athlete in their performance, and the team as a whole with their culture.
