We are joined by DC Sports Trainings Jeff Moyer to talk about vision training and key movements in training. Jeff just gave a fantastic presentation on vision training for sport performance at this years edition of The Seminar. He shares with us where the idea’s came from, who he learned from, why coaches may over look it, and some ways he has trained it with his athletes. Moyer then dives into his latest chapter in The Manual, Vol. 3 on Key Movements in sporting actions. Jeff defines key movements, gives examples of them, and how you can train these movements to help better improve your athletes. We finish off talking about the role of this chapter and how we want to share it with you as soon as possible.
