Episode 47: Neil Rampe, Los Angeles Dodgers-From College to The Show, Communication is King

In today’s edition of The Podcast I sit down with Los Angeles Dodgers Head Athletic Trainer Neil Rampe. Neil shares with us some of the similarities and differences in working in college and pro ball. He then discusses monitoring, player relationships, and the power of the players union in pro sports. We finish the conversation talking about self evaluation, both of you personally and your staff, and he gives some great examples of how he has implemented it, both with great success and some a bit less successfully, in the past.

We are hoping to provide the best possible content for strength coaches with each of our shows. If feel this could provide value for anyone else in the strength and conditioning field please feel free to share.
