This weeks My Thoughts Monday is a review of a huge take-a-way from Stephanie Mock’s awesome presentation from FREE-VASPS. Stephanie shared with us their entire return to sport progression, including how they’re going to train there athletes when they return, but the primary take away for me was her evaluations and how she discussed our role in developing objective KPI’s. The idea of KPI’s and tracking has been a bit of a hot button of late, and are things that we all should have been implementing for some time now. In this My Thoughts Monday, I share how this layoff period has been super helping in allowing us to have a great opportunity to look at what we are evaluating, address deeper how it will impact programming, how we can better share information, and so on.
