At the conclusion of week 2 of our return to sport from this pandemic break came to a conclusion I took some time to reflect. One thing that I kept coming back to were the driving factors behind some decisions we made to make some changes to the plan so that we can keep progressing, and how there was an accidental check point for us to see where we are and how we are progressing.
